Halle McConnell, MSN, APRN-CNP, PMHNP

Halle McConnell, MSN, APRN-CNP, PMHNP, is a Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner who provides compassionate, evidence-based mental health care for children, adolescents, and adults. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Social Work and Master of Science in Nursing from The Ohio State University.

Halle completed the Barbara Trueman Child and Adolescent PMHNP Postgraduate Fellowship at Nationwide Children’s Hospital, where she gained extensive experience in psychiatric assessment, diagnostic evaluation, treatment planning, and mental health care for children and adolescents. Her previous experience in developmental and behavioral pediatrics and inpatient psychiatric settings has given her a broad perspective on mental health across the lifespan.

In her practice, Halle provides comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and individualized medication management for a range of mental health concerns. She uses a collaborative, patient-centered approach and incorporates therapeutic techniques including cognitive behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, supportive therapy, and trauma-informed care.

Halle believes effective mental health treatment starts with listening to and understanding each patient as a whole person. She strives to create a safe and supportive environment where patients and families feel heard, respected, and involved in their care. Her goal is to partner with each patient to develop a personalized treatment plan that supports lasting improvements in mental health and quality of life.
