Sarah Frueh, PMHNP

Sarah Frueh is a board-certified Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) who provides compassionate, evidence-based mental health care. She brings a strong clinical background and experience working in high-acuity healthcare settings, including Neurological ICU, Medical/Surgical ICU, Coronary Care (CCU), and Rapid Response.

Her experience in critical care has strengthened her ability to assess patients, communicate clearly, and provide thoughtful, coordinated care during challenging situations. Sarah brings this same calm and compassionate approach to psychiatric care, working to create a supportive environment where patients feel heard and understood.

Sarah is committed to providing individualized mental health care tailored to each patient's needs and goals. Outside of work, she enjoys cooking, reading, and spending time with her two cats.
